Hi, i'm Paul!

​

I have been in the fitness industry for as long as i can remember starting out as a footballer making pro in 1981. After my football career i wanted to continue in the sporting industry which was when body blitz was born. 

​

With my professional knowledge i can help you achieve any goals you desire. I can also help those who are in any competitive sport to reach the fitness levels that are required to stand out from others.


Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing

  • Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and Nutrition

Daisy Ward

Personal Trainer & Professional Bikini Athlete

Hey there, my name is Daisy!


I have been in the industry for over 8 years now. I started out in 2014 competing in international bodybuidling competitions which then lead me to become a personal trainer in 2015.


With my knowledge and experience you are in great hands when stepping into BodyBlitz. Whether its for personal achievement or to step on stage i can help you reach your goals and fall in love with fitness, just like i have.

  • Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and Nutrition

  • Certificate in Advanced Nutrition Strategies

  • Certificate in Circuit Training, Gym Based Boxing and Studio Cycling

Megan Deal

Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Megan! 

 

I have been involved in sport and fitness from a very young age and want to help you achieve your goals and build your confidence while supporting you on your fitness journey.

 

I believe that the best way to achieve results is to enjoy physically and mentally what you are doing in the gym so how I approach your training and guidance will be tailored to you. 

 

With my knowledge, drive and personal experiences I can help you achieve your fitness goals, whether that be building muscle, losing fat, or just feeling fitter in your day-to-day life!   


Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor 

  • Level 3 Gym Instructing and Personal Training- Certificate in the science of nutrition and healthy eating

  • Certificate in Pilates during pregnancy

  • Certificate in Yoga

 

Studied:

  • Exercise and mental health (and the psychological aspects of sport injury) 

  • Recovery strategies in sport and exercise
