I have been in the fitness industry for as long as i can remember starting out as a footballer making pro in 1981. After my football career i wanted to continue in the sporting industry which was when body blitz was born.

With my professional knowledge i can help you achieve any goals you desire. I can also help those who are in any competitive sport to reach the fitness levels that are required to stand out from others.

• Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing

• Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and Nutrition

My passion for health and fitness started from as early as i can remember, later dedicating over 5 years to competing in bodybuilding, earning my PRO card in 2017 and winning the overall world pro title in 2019. Since then i have also helped many others make this journey and step on stage too.

With my 10 years experience as a persoanl trainer, my knowledge can help you whether you're just wanting to get fit and healthy, lose weight or challenge yourself to step on stage!

I've recently become a mum so i completely understand how hard it is to juggle your everyday life, but thats why i'm here to take some of that stress away from you.
